We add a small charge for postage and packaging which is calculated when you go to the checkout. 

For orders of 1-3 items we charge £4.26 (VAT inc.) for 1st class delivery with Royal Mail within the UK. 

For orders of 4+ items we charge £6.60 (VAT inc.) for 1st class delivery with Royal Mail within the UK. 

We offer FREE collection for orders picked up from Reborn Holistics & Beauty, 264 Manchester Road, Audenshaw, Manchester M34 5GJ. Just select ‘Collect from Reborn’ when you go through checkout. 

Unfortunately, at present we don’t offer international shipping. 

 

Orders will normally be dispatched within 24-48 hours. 

We send orders first class through the Royal Mail and aim for your order to be delivered within 72 hours of your purchase, however, at peak times your order may take up to 5 days to reach you. 

Ordering with ‘Collect from Reborn’ is usually the quickest delivery option. 

Orders are only processed Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) therefore, if an order is placed on a Saturday it will not be processed until Monday. 

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

If you would like a friend or relative to collect your order, please call us on 0161 292 1320 to let us know who will be collecting it for you. We would also advise that the person collecting your parcel has the order number or confirmation email and a form of ID. 

 

I want to return my item, what do I do? 

Get in touch with us! If you decide you don’t want something after you order it then we are more than happy to accept a return within 28 days of delivery. As long as it is unused and in the same condition as when you received it then we will give you a refund as soon as it comes back to us.
